By far the best HVAC company we have dealt with. Own 2 units in the Mar Vista Grande in North Myrtle Beach, and these are the only guys we call. We are from PA, and it is so nice having a company you can trust. They are fair, honest, and second to none. Prices and work ethic on a whole different level than I have dealt with in the past 10 years. Keep up the great work Dave and the crew. “A breath of cool, fresh air”! Used these guys on a recommendation from 2 neighbors. My AC went out, I got estimates from 3 companies, including the one I’ve used for service for the past 10 years, and they had he best price! They even came out and gave me an emergency freon charge at no cost, to hold me till installation. Install went smoothly. David and his sons were very efficient and by evening I was enjoying nice cool air again!! I would absolutely recommend them and will, to all my friends and neighbors in Myrtle Beach!

East was the 3rd estimate we got to replace our A/C unit. David returned my call immediately and came over right away. I could immediately tell that he was a straight-shooter; did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. His estimate came in well blow the others so we went with East not only based on price but based on trust. Installation was completed in less than one day (started at 8:00 and system was pushing cold air by 3:00pm). Entire crew was professional and efficient. Although I am a renter my landlord uses East Heating and Air. Have delt with Dave and his crew numerous times with problems with an old unit, and they were always very prompt with their service. They recently installed a new unit where I live and they did an amazing job. They didn’t even leave any kind of mess in the house where they had to make a bigger return to get the new unit in the attic. Came home that day to a house just like I left it. Thanks to Dave and the great crew that works for him.
